Dr. Fan has been handling intellectual property matters for over 16 years. His practice focuses on patent prosecution, intellectual property development strategy, and patent portfolio management. Dr. Fan was Senior Patent Counsel for Symbol Technology of Motorola Solutions, invention program manager for Intellectual Ventures, and video software engineer for Microsoft. Dr. Fan also had years of research experience in the areas of flat panel displays and semiconductor devices
