Biography

Mr. Ratchford is a Member of F. Chau & Associates and has been with the firm since 2003. He regularly files and prosecutes utility and design patent applications, and advises clients in matters concerning patent litigations, licenses, opinions, product clearances and patent prosecution matters. His practice concentrates in software-based technologies, electronics, semiconductors, and materials science.
