Biography

Mr. Liu is an associate at F. Chau & Associates. His practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution for electrical, software, and mechanical technologies including IoT, software compilation methods, firmware management systems, neural networks, video processing, search engines, chatbots, content management and caching, drones, biometric security, semiconductors, and display devices. He also has prior experience as a software engineer and a patent examiner at the USPTO.
