Biography

Robert is an Associate of F. Chau & Associates, with over 10 years of industry experience as an engineer developing air traffic control and monitoring systems for domestic and foreign governments. He regularly files and prosecutes utility and design patents, and advises clients in matters concerning patentability, patent infringement, and patent validity. His practice concentrates in software-based technologies, electronics, semiconductors, telecommunications, flat panel displays, ultrasonic and flow meters.
