Biography

Ms. Rajan, who serves as Of Counsel to F. Chau & Associates, is experienced in trademark, copyright and intellectual property matters. Her practice focuses on trademark prosecution, trademark infringement, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the TTAB, opinion letters, licensing agreements, and advising on copyright matters. During law school, Ms. Rajan served as Notes & Articles Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal at Fordham University School of Law
